Tan Republic Salem - Battle Creek

Been tanning with this company for years but this location has steadily declined in terms of customer satisfaction, equipment issues, technical issues and overall the inability to have a relaxing experience. The last 3 tanning visit my husband and I have had has been nothing but waiting, apologies, overwhelmed staff and equipment failures. Today was the deciding factor to switch locations indefinitely and/or take our business down the street. More technical and computer issues the employee was trying to figure out. Waiting to be helped. Bed 8, fans dont turn off, door doesnt lock and the inside top of bed has a huge crack down the middle. Tell employee and she gives me a run down on how to manipulate the fans so they turn off, of course doesnt work. I am not there to figure out how to manipulate a tanning bed to work correctly. Bed 8 Door doesnt lock so my clothes are piled up to keep door closed all the while I can hear my husband and another guest yelling that their beds wont turn on. None of which makes any of our visits anything but relaxing. Previous visit, guest in front of us was given bed 10 and ended up walking out because bed wouldnt turn on. A lady in the back spray booth yelling about her spray not turning on. Worn out buttons, most of which dont work. I hope someone will come in this location and do a massive equipment or technical upgrade to make this satisfactory again. It shouldnt be a pain in the a$$ to go tan for 10 minutes.

WHY DO YOU NOT GIVE AN OPTION WHEN CALLING TO TALK TO SOMEONE!!??? Aren't you a business? Do you "want" clients?

I walked in here not having a clue what I wanted or even needed. A tan. Yes. But all the other things.. exciting professional employees. 7 days of pure fantastic public service! Im impressed. Services: Teeth whitening, Skin treatments
