This review is long overdue, but I just have to say, Eric and Joe were exceptional to work with! They were both very friendly, very attentive and extremely helpful. They made the entire process as less stressful as they could and they were very informative. Eric was able to complete our loan within two weeks, which is pretty great! Everyone here that helped us with the process was always so kind, helpful and well spirited! You can tell they love to help their clients and are very responsive at all times. It made it feel like a long time friend was helping us understand the process even when things got a bit crazy with this housing market. Absolutely love them and highly recommend!

I would recommend Co/LAB to anyone who is buying a new home. Austin and Christian are excellent at what they do. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of question, anxiety and concerns. They respond quickly to emails and calls. They took their time to explain to me every step. Im very happy with the final costs and for getting a great interest rate! I cannot express just how glad I am we once again went with Co/LAB Lending for the purchase of our new home. If our first home purchase was a sprint, this one was a marathon.
