Dr. Salin is the absolute best! He set clear expectations and made me feel comfortable about my wisdom teeth removal. He was super kind and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!

The people were nice. I guess they really wanted to leave. Me and my daughter had appointments for consultation at 3:45. We were taken back at 4:20 after the 3 patients who came in after us. No big deal. They did the consult and took my daughter for additional scan. The "nurse" told me I should leave the room and go make our Appointments for surgery. I went up front and made appointment and they told me to wait in waiting room. I pointed out the lights were off and waited in the dark. After 5 minutes of so a woman came in and asked why I was sitting in the dark. I said I didn't turn off lights and was waiting for my daughter. She went back to find my daughter. Turns out they told her I left and she was locked out in the rain.

I needed my impacted wisdom teeth removed. Innovative Oral Surgery had great reviews and a "Best of 2016" from the Courier Times and The Intelligence. This was very encouraging so I had a consultation and ex-rays. This is when I found out I had a 5th wisdom tooth! Everyone in the office was always friendly, calm and reassuring. I had my surgery on May 5th 2017. Dr. Jared S. Weiner removed my 4 normal wisdom teeth. He had said he would try to remove the 5th if he could, but it was stacked high above one of the other 4 and was too difficult to reach during this surgery. He was unfortunately unsuccessful at removing this 5th tooth. I spent the weekend recovering. There were a number of follow up phone calls and appointments to make sure everything went well. I had a few more appointments throughout the year to check on the status of the 5th wisdom tooth. It seemed to slowly drop down to an easier place to reach (but still impacted). I was told I would not be billed for some of these appointments, but looking at the insurance history, bills were sent for every appointment. Finally August 20th 2018, we agreed to have another surgery to remove the 5th tooth. We went through the same steps as the first surgery, but this one was much quicker and almost painless! Afterwards I experienced some stressful billing discrepancies, but eventually they were resolved.
