        I called this business over 2 weeks ago because we had gotten water in our basement from the storm. I completed a detailed questionnaire over the phone with their personal. I was assured that someone from one of their crew would contact me ASAP with an ETA. I have never heard from them. My husband and I set up fans for a week to dry out the water and dry vacuumed it the best we could. I will be contacting another company.

        I have never been so happy with a company!!! They were kind, considerate and worked so hard to fix our home! We had a pipe burst and it flooded the whole main floor. These guys came in and immediately surveyed all the damage and continually checked all walls, baseboards and floors for moisture. They were so incredibly kind and helpful! They were a joy to have. God bless them!!! Services: Water damage cleanup, Flooring, Mould inspection

        Was very disappointed. Thought would be better based on reviews. Didn’t do anything! Didn’t fix problem! Was told they would recommend someone to fix our problems. Never did. The employee never introduced himself nor did he seem very enthusiastic. Now we’re going to be charged for work not done.
