      image Summer hung up on me when I questioned a 70% rate increase. When I called Back she said my goodness, you have a bad attitude. Is there something I can actually do for you or are you just wanting to be difficult? All I can say is, wow! Im leaving Allstate because her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. She treated me poorly and then blamed me for her response. I was a 12 year customer and this is how I was treated, beware. Summer hung up on me when I questioned a 70% rate increase.
