        A horrible customer service. Cannot reach the office for a week! And this is not the first time. I’m definitely going to change the agent.

        Just wanted to put a public warning out there for all. We had our insurance through Erie for workers comp and auto with the Agency DSK Agency. The agent's name is Denis Kharchenko. He had a bunch of issues with Erie and was actually dropped from the company but was still acting like he worked there and writing policies. We were left uninsured. Thank god it was caught quickly and our policies were rewritten with only a brief lapse. He is a scam artist who is currently under investigation, please stay far away from this agency.
