Just called to get a price for 1 window installed. The person who answered told me we only install a minimum of 5 Windows. If I want 1 it'll be $1000. I hope business never runs dry. Bad business model to turn down work.

Avoid these guys.  We had 28 Windows installed about 7 years ago and 6 leaked because of improper installation.  The Windows themselves are decent, but the installers do not know what they are doing.  We have air infiltration as well because of the poor installation and if you can feel air, you can bet moisture will get in too.  Basically, they never installed a j channel on the Windows that leaked. The 22 other Windows seem fine so far.  Customer service was useless. They came out and caulked, but they didn't want to admit improper install and would not consider replacing the Windows.  They stopped returning calls.  We purchased Windows from another company to replace the ones that leaked and it was obvious the install was bad.  Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and get Windows from a company that knows how to install them.
