All Star Cleaning Services

I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company. Fantastic is the best word to describe the hospitality they gave my wife and two sons and I. The carpets were in horrible shape upon purchasing my house but the fact they cleaned them so well made me question what other services they offered. Couple minuets later I also got a dryer vent cleaning. The results were amazing. Never knew how close to a fire I was and now the dryer runs better then when I first used it moving in. Would reccomend this company to any of my freinds and already have a couple. Thank you allstar Sincerly chris plower

We used All-Star Cleaning for our house in Cumberland, RI. We called and said there were bad pet odors which needed to be removed. We stated we weren't sure if they could be removed and might rip them up if the rugs were a lost cause. He said he would assess it and if he felt they could be removed, he would try- if after cleaning them any odors remained, he assured us he'd refund the money. The guarantee was the only reason we even tried to have them cleaned. They came, cleaned the rug, and applied pet odor removal chemicals but the odors were not removed. They said they'd come again and apply more chemicals. They came 4 times and the odors were not removed. Eventually we needed to rip up the rugs. The guy said he's send us a check for $170 but never did, and will now not answer our calls. The guy said they would email an invoice and pictures - he never did. He made excuses and said that we did not order any pet odor removal (the ONLY reason we wanted the cleaning to begin with) and that they deodorized the carpets during visits 2-4 on a "complimentary" basis. Overall All-Star seemed reputable and he was nice to work with, but once the time came for him to own up to his agreement about a satisfaction-guarantee he became VERY unprofessional and did not follow through. Feel free to use him for a rug cleaning, but expect to have zero follow-through on any type of 'guarantee'.
