Awful experience that wasted our time and money. Ryan refused to acknowledge a clear mistake on his part in selecting a logo color significantly different from a sample we had approved. When we complained at this poor color match and the many weeks we had waited for the work to complete, we were met with a frankly childish response and finally, insults. We ended up paying another local company to unpick and re-do of all the garments we had taken to NPT. This time the job was turned around quickly and with a perfect color match.
