I will honestly say that after your session is complete, you are so relieved and feel so amazingly refreshed. Sara is great at what she does! Makes you feel at home / welcomed and makes sure to touch base with you on what your main needs are. If you ever have a certain area of pain / discomfort she makes sure to spend some extra time on that area(s). I'm already ready to go back for another session!!! Everyone needs / deserves some "ME" time and this is the perfect way to get that! Thanks Sara for what you do!!!!

You all need to get the raindrop therapy!! I got it last year and if you remember, everyone had a cold that lasted forever, but not me! It really does boost your fight so if you do get a little under the weather it last a couple of days not weeks! It's 90 minutes of back massage while the essential oils get rubbed in your spine with hot rocks and a warm towel finish, did I mention the AMAZING foot rub while the warm towels is making all that soak in? SO worth every penny!!
