Excellent service; called on a Sunday morning about 8:30 AM and Richard texted back immediately. Our Rinnai hot water heater had gone out and Richard was onsite within 2 hours. He did a hard reset on the unit and got it working and then came back the next day to descale the unit and replace the controller. These days where it seems harder and harder to get good service, I cannot say how pleased I was with Richard, his response, and his work.

on wed i noticed that my pressure tank was quick cycling by thurs at 4am i noticed the well motor doing the same. i thought the well pump was going . found richard online due his reviews and his family are veterans. richard came out early thurs and found it to be the pressure switch. due to his schedule he could not come back on thurs but showed up at 0640 fri morning. damn who does that anymore. richard was quick, knowledgeable and honest. he comes highly recommended from this retired army colonel.

First time we needed our Rinnai serviced (of course on a Sunday). Richard was responsive, experienced and helpful. The price was very reasonable--we will use them again.
