From a nanny perspective, Bayley and her team at Your Happy Nest have been a breath of fresh air! They are the picture of professionalism and wonderful about keeping you informed every step along the way. From reaching out to see if I am interested in new positions available, setting up the interviews, following up with me after the interview process and even checking in once the position has started, Bayley and Lauren have been amazing about communicating with me and actually caring about my thoughts and feeling throughout the whole process - not just thinking of me as a number or the “hired help”. You can tell that they genuinely care about finding a good match not only for the families but also for the nannies versus just trying to get paid. I have found them delightful to work with and plan to continuing doing so for many years to come! 🎉💗
