        Completely unimpressed with the recent relocation of my water meter. Other than the general notice that everyone received months ago, no one called or knocked on the door before starting. Upon conclusion, land was no graded to match existing slope, soil was not compacted, track marks from machinery were not cleaned up and no replacement seed was sown. Not impressed.
