        Called customer service because our food was 45 minutes late yet my email said it was delivered. Then found that it was left on the step. No knock or doorbell. Also missing 1/4 of our order. Was told Id get a 15% refund in 10-12 days. This wont even cover the missing food or the tip we had already paid. Very frustrating.
