        I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend for her birthday. The flowers are beautiful and she does love them, but they do not look like what I ordered. I understand due to availability some flowers have to be replaced with others, but it seems like there are alot of replacements in this bouquet. Delivery was great and I've used Jimmies in the past and will again in the future. Just disappointed in this particular arrangement.

We however wanted to make sure your flowers were delivered in time, and didn't want to take a chance on being late while waiting on the pink lilies to get to us. We should have called you to let you know that we were out of pink. Please call us and we will happily make you a different arrangement.
