First off if you want high pressure sell tactics and terrible work call Hiller otherwise stay away. I had an issue with the drain on my split A/C unit. Part of itbwas in my attic and leaking into the hallway. I called Hiller and they could come out that day so I regrettably let them. The technician claimed to have gotten the drain open after spending more time trying to convince me to install a new system than it did to fix the problem. I paid the $200 bill and he finally went on his way. Less than 24 hrs after he left I had the same issue again. I finally got it working myself just like I could have done in the first place but I was working. I contacted Hiller through email and explained to them the situation and the only response I got is we hate it for you and we will forward this to the proper department. That was the last I heard from them. So if you want someone to respond quick to an issue at your house and to charge you for bad work Hiller is the place to call, just be prepared to pay them for their services and have to do it again yourself or pay someone else to do it again. I will never have them on my property again.
