Shay is her name and making you smile is her game! A very wonderful and non painful visit! The staff make you feel comfortable and confident. All information is upfront and real. The technological aspect of the visit is very enlightening and really....well just plain awesome! You can literally see your mouth bones in 3D....right in front of your eyeballs! For anyone looking to whitenen and brighten your smile and send some serious awesome vibes just from smiling....start here. It's worth the visit!

When we walked in we were greeted promptly. The woman was very nice. After our scan was complete we felt very unwelcome. I said that I wanted to think about the smile direct aligners and speak to my husband. After the woman realized that we would not be purchasing that day her whole attitude changed. I was a little confused as to why. Be aware that if you go in to ask questions and get a scan they are assuming you are buying that day! After finally getting my email a few days later I did also get the information about how long my son would be wearing the aligners which was another thing we wanted to think about and discuss. I would not recommend this location.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and Shae was my consultant and she is very friendly and approachable. I kind of hate dental appointments but this experience was totally different. I also got a free whitening kit. All in all I am happy with my visit 😀

I truly had a great first experience here. Shae took care of me while a gentleman I can’t remember his name helped entertain my 20 month old while I got my scans done. Both of them are a great face for the company. I did not buy anything today as I’m waiting till after the holiday season, and I felt no kind of pressure or judgement for not buying anything. They both were so kind and understanding. Can’t wait to start this process next month!!

Shae greeted me like a long lost friend, answered all my questions, graciously scheduled another appointment for me to do a little more research. The process was quick, simple, and in a months (instead of years) my teeth should be corrected. Thanks Shae and team!
