What a terrible thing it is to go through divorce. I have court on Monday, today is Saturday, I made the mistake of not seeking legal representation early on. While Bert was helpful during my initial divorce process, I am here to warn you that he/his office will leave you high and dry with no communication once everything is finalized. So if you are looking for an attorney to help you navigate the waters of post divorcefind someone else. Ive had questions and needed advice regarding the post divorce stage that Ive desperately reached out to the office and Bert in order to get answers multiple times with absolutely no communication back. Ive emailed, called, left voicemails and even spoke to someone at the office that assured me I would received a call back and nothing. For years after my divorce was finalized. Please beware that they do not care about their clients once youve paid them in full and finalized your paperwork.
