Ordered flowers to be delivered. Trying to call and check on my order, the phone rings once or twice and then the call ends. It shows the place is still open online. Very unprofessional. Just checking to see if/when my order will be delivered. Can't even speak to anyone because the calls are just ignored and not answered.

Whenever I ship flowers to friends in other cities I look up a local flower shop. I found Sunshine and knew it was the place to go. I got the cutest bouquet and knew it was perfect. I sent to my friend and... it was stolen! (Truly hope this random stranger is enjoying my 30th birthday message to my friend...) Sunshine was super communicative and apologetic, even though they had nothing to do with the unfortunate outcome. I recommend supporting this local business!

Was referred by Mt.Carmel funeral home, Irving, TX. Drove to Sunshine flowers in downtown Dallas, TX, spoke to salesman, showed him a picture of funeral spray I wanted for my mother, total w/tax & delivery was over $200, sadly not impressed with the spray, not worth the money. Would recommend choosing a different florist.
