FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I have a large heavy box to bring in. I said “I have a large heavy box to bring in, which entrance is better?” I was told by an Asian guy that the doors are both the same size. I asked “will this door stay open so I can bring this in?” He said “no” and went back to what he was doing. Are you kidding me!! If this is a franchise the owner should be embarrassed.

Nicest and most helpful people every! Ivan helped me get my package out of my car and taped it up correctly after I'd messed up. They held my package as I went home to get my forgotten wallet, thank you so much!

This one employee working was kind and thorough, but this location always has a long line. Why not have two employees there and one pack and one help the customers who don’t need any special packing?
