        Not a bank, just an oversized ATM. Not sure why capital one is going on this direction with it's locations. You can't do anything without an ATM card. The staff is just there to open accounts. What's the point of this building?

        This is a service center ONLY. They only have one person there, who is not a teller, and can’t cash checks. It’s actually pointless. I don’t see anywhere on this description that it isn’t a legit bank.
