I love these guys. I've had them out a few times over the years and each time has been a great experience. I love their quick response time and professionalism. They seem to genuinely want to help, not just upsell me things I don't need. I called them out to install an opener but the tech didn't have the one I wanted on him. He called around to find it, left to pick it up and raced back to install it all within my appointment window. I was so impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

He was also very accommodating, patiently answering my queries about how the door works. I have booked periodical garage door maintenance with them every six months.

I purchased the garage door and opener on June 10. The garage door opener work for the first two weeks. When I called the office, I was told it was my fault. Then was told if they come out and service the garage door opener, it was going to cost me $80 for service. At the time the garage door opener was less than 1 month old. I haven used my garage since August 10. I had to find someone else to check the garage door opener and guess what? The garage door opener is no good so now I have to buy s new one because I was told it’s not under warranty through the company. The garage door opener is not even 3 moths old. Broke in less then one month and I am blamed for the defect in garage do opener-singed disappointed

I called this for a garage door that did not open. At first he tried to sell me a new door opener and adjustments for $2,100. After saying no he then said he could repair opener and adjust springs. Watching him it looked as if all he did was reset the opener. This cost me $554.00. What a rip off!!! He took about 30 minutes to adjust spring and reset. What a great hourly rate,!!!!! Never again
