Poor experience with their SEO services. Been working with them for 2 or 3 months and the sales pitch sold me, but the work so far has been poor. They even admitted that their company has grown so large and fast that the quality of work and service has deteriorated. I've had much better experiences with small SEO companies and SEO individuals who were much more willing to help and customize whatever it is I wanted because they believed the customer is always right. Thrive does not.

Hard to communicate with, messed up our ad words campaign and kept billing me for a month after i cancelled our contract. Employee turnover is high. We were billed for ad-words that had nothing to do with our business.

Over promise, and under deliver is an understatement. This company does not care about customer service or following up. All they do is take your money and over promise. I cant even get on the phone with there PPC person Nick, and there Marketing consultant Sean has to sit here an play liaison to make excuses for these people. Ridiculous this company does not hold anyone accountable.

Been signed on with thrive for three months for ppc, website hosting, and seo... well needless to say despite there great promises in the beggining close to 0 work has been done and the website has not even been transfered over. It should have taken 15 minutes not 3 months is what all other companies have said. Do not fall for their marketing they will pass you off to a team of unskilled employees that doesnt seem to want to do their work. Its a ton of being passed around and playing phone tag while they accomplish nothing and take your money.
