Prodigy roofing replaced our roof in Sep 2021. The response time to get the business was phenomenal. In November 2022, huge leaks in the ceiling appeared during rain showers. Since November 29th, 2022, we have made repeated attempts contacting the owner, and the office, to fix whatever was not done right with the roof replacement. We even reached out to Better Business Bureau. There has been no response. So working with this company is a gamble because if anything goes wrong with their work, the warranty they provide is worthless. And customer service in non-existent. Service: Roof installation

Prodigy Roofing is Professional, Responsive and Transparent in pricing and process. Akhil and Tom came out to my house several times on short notice to address concerns and deal with the insurance adjusters. Much appreciate their input and knowledge. Akhil understood how the professional bidding process works and instead of demanding my signature on the dotted line on Day-1, we went through the roof tier options, retail price of each option and strategy on the insurance claim. I had 3 contractors bidding and Prodigy came out top choice in terms of price, professionalism and attention to detail. Prodigy installed the new roof on my day of choice and did a great job completing it during daylight hours to ensure quality. The only concern, if at all, was that workers were workers and needed constant supervision to keep them sharpish. Being a project engineer myself, I stayed in my hard hat and work boots all day and the job was completed in a satisfactory manner. Tom was the project manager for Prodigy and stayed on site all during the process to ensure all my concerns were addressed and corrections were made.
