        3 stars: The only issue holding this place back from being absolutely great is the person that handles the calls and sits at the front desk. I've been there a few times and its always the same thing - stand awkwardly at the desk without being acknowledged for a long moment. Is it really difficult to say "Hey there, I'll be right with you"..? Other than that, the techs I've encountered along with Dr. Woods seems adequate and helpful so far. Will update on next appointment coming up. Update: 4 stars: woman at front desk is actually a nice person if you put forth effort to initiating small talk. The staff and doctor are always great!
