Long story short go somewhere else......
I have questioned rating this for some time but my key has driven me crazy I decided to tell others. JUST GO TO THE DEALER if its for a car key.
I needed keys for two vehicles made and so I called these guys and they were priced well but I had to go to their home. So I drove there one day in one vehicle and the tool they use to program wouldn't work. He didn't offer to drive to me next time (which having 2 vehicles would have been very convenient and seemed more fair) or anything like that just told me he would work with support and text me to schedule another time. So I then drove there a few days later and he programmed the first vehicle. It showed an error on my dash about the key but he told me this was normal. The error is just a little alert and doesn't prevent anything from working but its annoying. I then brought my second vehicle the next day and no issues there. Afterwards I began using the two new keys and the mazda one the buttons take a ton of effort to click the dang button. Its very easy to tell the quality is nowhere near the same. Then my wife told me the key to her car was extremely sensitive so I traded with her and she is right. Just having the key in my pocket right now and typing on my laptop on my lap has had my truck locking honk go off a number of times. Its just not convenient and I wish I would have chosen the dealer. I'm sure these guys are great at home locks, and other lock services but whatever knock off car keys they buy are just disappointing and its not like it was cheap it was like maybe 10% cheaper than the dealer.
