Cedar Village Floral and Gift. You guys are by far the worst people I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with some bad people. What was going to be a nice Valentine's floral arrangement for my wife and daughter, turned out to be a heart crushing ordeal. I watched my 6 year old daughters eyes light up when she saw my wife's flowers get delivered, but quickly sadden when nothing came for her. After 6 hours, multiple calls, and excuses including "We have to deliver priority customers first" still no flowers. I call for a refund, for that to happen my wife has to return her arrangement to the store. So on Valentine's day, my wife has to gather up the kids and return her arrangement, which by the way was very small, but had a huge price tag. I can't express how angry I am, I don't usually publicly share my disgust with a business, unless they are truly awful, but you people take the cake on this one.

Good and prompt delivery even across the city. Flowers are beautiful and well placed. Buy local!
