I get crosscut about once a week for the poutine, they charge extra for protein but I always order it with carne asada, today I got chargers for the carne asada but when my delivery got here there was none, dont charge extra for meat if you arent gonna put it on the order

Took a quick trip down to the Price/Helper area and wanted to grab a quick bite. Unfortunately things were just not good that day at Crosscut. The food was barely warm and the service was slow given the number of people in the establishment. May try it again and see how it goes on round two. I did follow up with the owner, as they requested, and they are looking into the problems I had with my CC. They were very responsive and apologetic for the troubles we had.

We stopped and got a to go order and the waitress told us it would possibly be 20 min. 40 min later we get our order she looked in the bag to make sure it was correct opened the pizza up and said bbq chicken no onion. I asked if there was dressing for my salad and she went back to get me a couple good thing since there was fry sauce and ketchup only in the bag. Not sure we need fry sauce and ketchup for pizza and a salad. When we opened the pizza it was upside down in the box and loaded with onions! I would not recommend going here at all! The Cobb salad was nasty so we basically paid $30 for garbage. We will not be going back!
