Copper Creek Dental

This has been a horrible experience with them. I do not recommend that dental clinic. They do not listen to customers' concern, and the dentists engage in malpractice and avoid taking responsibility to correct their mistakes. The dentist are driven by sales/commissions.

Seem to recommend procedures that are not really necessary. Comment from the dentist when he recommended a crown was that the previous dentist was too conservative with filling a cavity. The procedure to grind down the tooth and add a crown ended up taking 4 or 5 hours. I had never had a cavity until I was in my mid 30s. Additionally my wife was talked into sure smile. She had concerns about it that were disregarded and we recently saw a different dentist and he noted her teeth were no aligned. Copper Creek originally agreed to see her but then told her to see an orthodontist or take it up with sure smile without taking a look first.

I brought me and 5 kids over here; best switch I made. Most thorough cleanings I have ever experienced. Very detail focused. Extremely punctual; they call you back within 5 minutes of your arrival. The dentists spend as much time as you need answering questions about procedures. Beautiful office that feels comfortable. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently found Dr. Jared Curtis and Copper Creek Dental after we ended a 10-year relationship with our old dentist, sadly due to increasing hidden fees and other billing surprises.
