        Karl and his team are absolutely fantastic. They were extremely accommodating, had excellent communication, and produced an exceptional final result. I'm very glad I found them -- I'll never take my vehicles elsewhere for body work.

        I decided on using Valley Collision after doing some online research to find the most reputable collision repair shop- and all roads kept leading me here. I was very fortunate to work with Karl in the South Salt Lake shop. Not only did he listen carefully to my concerns and requests, he kept in close touch throughout his process, he was able to source mostly used parts per my request, and finished the repairs nearly a week ahead of schedule! He clearly enjoys what he does, he excels in customer service, and was able to get the original estimate down by $800. These are definitely winning qualities! I hope I never have to use Valley again, because nobody wants to wreck their car however, Karl would be my first phone call! Thanks for the high level of service and integrity, Karl!
