I was there on July 11 (the last day) for migrating my plan from boost to Sprint. The manager of the store named Steve Jones whom was helping me. Steve was in such great patience during phone call to phone call to customer service, the waiting time was ridiculous long. The pandemic really made customer phone lines as busy as bees. I was there from 10 lish to 12:30, a long time waiting and all those frustrating it had nothing to do with store only because calling from Sprint, T-Mobile to Boost just to get migrating plan done and in addition to that customers suddenly swarming in all at once with three employees at that time. Steve not only took care the customers and also dealing with phone lines to helping me out at the same time. I was getting impatience but Steve was still in very polite and patience manner waiting phone lines to get thru and talking with Boost and Sprint customer services. Finally, everything worked out as it supposed to. I really appreciated what he had done and still taking care of the rest customers in store. Steve deserved 5 stars as he as a store manager on his great performance. Steve, thanks a lot.

Rene and Jaime are both amazing managers and get the job done. They’re easy to talk to and informative and honest. They give great customer service. I recommend them.
