    I have been having a great experience at KickIt Fitness and Nutrition. The staff are incredibly welcoming and inclusive. They are knowledgeable and make every class worthwhile. The positive environment is great plus and makes going an enjoyable experience.

    I have previously done kickboxing and krav maga through other gyms and discontinued memberships there due mostly to scheduling conflicts (I was so sad). So I was very happy to hear about this gym so close to home and also with a very accommodating schedule. After talking over the phone about the six week challenge, I met up with one of the trainers for my first day. Everyone was so welcoming! I was greeted by everyone. I felt like I was already part of the family. We discussed my goal and then I joined the class for that next hour. What an awesome workout! I knew I would love everything about the bag part of the workout (i really missed that). But I was surprised to enjoy all of the other portions too! It really got me energized and I left so excited about this find. I worked hard. The instructors were awesome. I loved their encouragement and support. They were always willing to answer all my questions about form (yes, I was that person). I never felt like it was a problem to them. They played good music and I felt like I was able to really give my 100%. I loved how intentional each part of the workout is. I loved meeting people there and doing the partner drills wasn't as much of a pain as I sometimes had seen it other places. The instructors again are phenomenal and real. Every time I would go to a class with an instructor I hadn't had yet, I was surprised to like them as much as the last. I seriously struggle to pick a favorite since all contributed so much to my personal journey to my goal. They worked with me and helped me to be excited about going to class regularly. They reminded me to keep my eyes focused on the goal and that I really could do this. They told me that my body is stronger than I think it is. I was able to achieve even more than I had hoped. I learned so much about myself, my food habits, my exercise preferences. I started slimming down and people (including my husband) started to notice and comment. I was able to break through mental barriers I had placed in my mind that normally cause me to self sabotage when I try to reach a goal. Seriously, I cannot recommend this gym enough. Great place, great people, phenomenal instructors, and an awesome workout.

    I was a little skeptical when my little sister talked me into doing a fitness challenge with her. I wondered if I would be motivated enough and it would really work. The requirement was that you had to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I am 48 and have had a problem with losing weight since my 30’s after having my kids. I would always lose a few pounds and then plateau. I could never get past a certain weight. The first workout I did at the gym was amazing. The facility was clean and organized and the environment was fun. The trainers were amazing. My favorite trainers were Zach and Jessica. They were both fun and worked you hard. The workout consisted of several HIIT workouts placed in between several rounds of kickboxing. Usually HIIT workouts are unbearable but the method actually made them fun and effective. I fell in love with the kickboxing technique. I have a stressful job so this was a perfect outlet to relieve some of this stress! I stuck to the menu and ended up loving the workouts so much that I started coming more than the required 3 times a week. I also took the supplements and started noticing a difference in my health and how I felt. By week 3 I could tell I was a lot stronger and I broke through the plateau that had been holding me back in the past I finished off the 6 weeks with amazing results! I killed the body fat % and lost 8% body fat which was more than what was required. I went from a size 13/14 to a size 9/10 in just 6 weeks and gained muscle and tone as well. I couldn’t believe all this was possible in just 6 weeks. I would definitely recommend this program!

    It's so so, I've enjoyed it. I'd say go and try it out for yourself but I'm cool with the gym classes at a price I can actually afford.
