I worked with Jaeger Nedde to purchase a local business. Jaeger was always there when I needed him, and he worked with the seller and their broker to coordinate the entire deal. He also provided excellent references in regards to the other professional services needed to close a deal. When I am ready to look for another location, I won't hesitate to work with Jaeger again. I highly recommend working with Jaeger Nedde at Nedde Real Estate. Jaeger is incredibly responsive, intuitive and understood the needs of our business. Jaeger was able to find the perfect Retail and Warehouse space for us to move our retail business, Rack Warehouse. He found us a new location only about 1.5 miles away with tons of daily traffic passing by. We are greatly looking forward to moving soon and can't thank Jaeger enough for all the work he did on our behalf to make the next phase for us happen! We are certainly looking forward to working Jaeger again on future projects.
