We contacted Eric when our kitchen sink started leaking into our basement. He came the next day which was far better than anyone else offered. He was able to replace the PVC pipe below the drain that was leaking, replace the valve shut off under our sink, tighten a connection between a PVC piece and our faucet, and replace our main water shut off (which he discovered was original to the house and not functional) all within two hours.
