Because the county of my origin (I’m from Ukraine) I’ve always been skeptical about insurance companies. I used to feel like it’s a scam and they are just trying to take your money. However, after living in The US for almost 5 years I kept heating about life insurance from people around. So... I decided to give it a try (I have a 5 month old son and I’m concerned about his future. That’s why.) I searched for an office near by my area and just walked in without scheduling any appointments. When I got in the office, both of the ladies who are working there were busy with other clients. Despite the fact, they genuinely welcomed me as soon as I walked in, offered me coffee/tea/water and asked to take a seat and wait for 5 minutes. I had tons of questions. And Catalina explained everything to my very clearly and patiently. She didn’t get annoyed even with tricky questions. That a huge deal for me. Feeling comfortable and being able to talk openly about all your concerns... That’s what made me feel like I can trust the person. The way I had been treated since I walked in in the office until the end of our conversation. The life insurance I was interested in turn out to be affordable and very beneficial (which was surprising since initially I used to think I wouldn’t be able to afford it) I signed a deal for a permanent life insurance and I’m extremely happy about my decision.
