        I recently visited 1st Advantage in Hampton in order to inquire information on an Auto Refinance loan. Darnell did a fantastic job gathering all the required information in order to make this a smooth transaction. Darnell was responsive to my questions, and returned calls and emails promptly. Darnell explained the loan repayment schedule and made me feel comfortable and confident about my choice to complete the loan with 1st Advantage. Great customer service and another highly satisfied customer.

        Been a member with them since March and they wait until today to hold my check when I have bills that are due today. I will be closing my account. If youre going to hold someone check please communicate that most citizens live pay check to pay check and I am one of them. Im livid I have things I need to do!
