We had our crawlspace encapsulated and our team was amazing (Adian, Aaron, Jermaine, and A-Shawn). They showed up on time each day, explained what what happening each day, and gave me a full detailed report of everything that was completed including pictures and a tour. This company had the most competitive pricing and the expertise to match it. I also appreciate the detailed scheduling we received in advance and that it was stuck to as promised. Highly recommend!! Updating to add the follow on visit from Matt and Sam was just as well. Great communication, pictures of their work, finished in under 30 min. They took the time to explain the functions of the humidity reader to me which I appreciated. They definitely deserve the bonus too!

Eric, Travis, Duggy, and Tucker were on time, efficient, detailed, and very professional. I received quotes from multiple companies for this work. With my experience in construction, Bay Foundation was the only company to properly substantiate any of the concerns they noted during their inspection. I will be recommending them to other friends and family as issues arise.

On August 11 Matt and Tucker arrived to replace some rotting foundation under my house. They arrived on time, explained the process they were going to perform and provided an exceptional replacement of the deteriorated wood. During the performance of the work they also addressed a leaking pipe underneath the house that i was able to repair before it caused any damage. I would recommend BAY Crawl Space for any further foundation work.
