My consultation conversation was very pleasant and I did appreciate all of the information and insight they were able to provide. I have a very modest budget and this fact may be the deciding factor between building a home vs buying a home. I was well aware of this going into the Q&A conversation. However, my dissatisfaction came when I was told the following: The only home you'll be able to afford is a single wide, unless your financial situation changes in the future, such as winning the lottery or having a family member pass away and leaving you some inheritance. Should either of these happen, please give us a call back and we'll be glad to help you. No matter the budget or likelihood of a potential client being able to build or not, you do not say things like this to them. It is rude and very unprofessional and the best way to loose business; and, to be honest, my budget may be modest because I so choose it to be. I may have more financial stability than you think but you'll never know now.

Ritch Hogg is the guy to ask for. Very knowledgeable on everything associated with building a house or buying a modular. Very cool no pressure guy. Modular homes can be custom designed in so many different ways you can't even imagine. They are also very well built, solid wood just as if you are building an house. Go check them out!
