I have been with a trainer in Samena and he did amazing help with work outs and tailored my sessions according to my medical needs . Results were amazing . Xavier did amazing job by helping in my training sessions. If I will plan to enroll for training sessions I will prefer Xavier only there . Thanks Xavier

MEMBERS ONLY EXCLUSIONIST CLUB. Do not go here. They have exorbitant membership fees and will not allow the rest of the public at their facility. This excludes anyone who has a regular job or essentially, is not rich. It also excludes anyone who is travelling from out of town and might not be here for long. I actually called the pool earlier in the day and was told that yes, there was a drop in swim later that day, and it was no problem. Drove to the pool only to be told that I couldn't come in without being a member. What a shameful way to conduct business.

Welcoming atmosphere and wonderful staff. I mostly use the pools. Right now the outdoor pool is being remodeled but will be in top shape soon. The deep water aerobic class is fabulousgreat instructors who really care for the clients. Lifeguards are friendly & professional. The front desk staff are great! Wonderful family recreation center.

I've been a member for a few months now. I mainly use the pool. Here is what I've noticed: - lifeguards do not ensure safety of kids. There was a kid playing with a plastic bag in the pool (putting it on their head, filling it with water in the pool, swimming around with it) and not 1, but 2 lifeguards allowed it. That is extremely dangerous. I was a lifeguard for years and would have never allowed that. Part of this is on the parents, but there is also responsibility on the lifeguards. - lifeguards do not enforce rules. There are children who come into the lap lanes often while other people are swimming in them. This is dangerous because kids can get stuck under lane lines or get caught in deep water if they wander without being good swimmers. -suit spinner in women's locker room is ALWAYS broken. I don't think I've ever been able to use it . - water temperature in the showers is always hot. No cold, no warm. -wr were told the outdoor pools would be done in November 2023 but it's now January and they are not complete. - Most people are willing to circle swim if you ask, but others just hog the lane and don't let you pass. I've swam at several pools in the past 10 years. All have had signs for slow, medium, and fast lanes with lane etiquette tips like circle swimming. There's none of that here. - schedule online and on their physical schedule is wrong. We showed up to lap swim when there were supposed to be 2 lanes. Lifeguard said the schedule was wrong on the hand out but correct on the website. Said others had come in to lap swim too before us. Why not make a sign at the front of the pool? Send an email alert to members? Such a waste of time. I do like the pool technically has 2 pools. Can't wait for the other one to open so that I can swim without being interrupted by other swimmers and children. I hope that the managers of this gym take this feedback and actually change things. It's nice to have this in the neighborhood but it has to be safe to use for everyone for everyone to enjoy it. I'll change my rating of the review when I see change.
