Mike is awesome. I bought my house thinking my garage doors were new and expertly installed. I was wrong, there were major flaws that exposed themselves several months after I moved in. Mike was able to mostly diagnose the problem over text, provided me a great quote and time to complete the work. He showed up on time was very professional and knocked the work out. It took him a bit longer as there were a few more issues with the doors than we previously thought. He fixed those too and didnt charge me any extra to do so. Mike deserves 7 stars in my book. Highly recommend him. Price was extremely fair, he communicated quickly/clearly and came through on his word. Also he saved my doors and garage motors from further damage. It is likely that if Mike didnt fix the problem the motors would have failed or the door panels would have broken.

Mike and PNW Garage Door should be your only choice for garage door repair. Mike is honest, fair, professional, on-time, and does not try to sell you something you do not need. We were quoted double the price that Mike quoted us for changing our springs. I have never had a better home repair experience of any kind while owning my home for 16 years. If you do not call Mike for your garage door needs you will be making a big mistake. Simple excellent in all aspects.

We very much enjoyed working with Mike at PNW Garage Doors! As soon as we made an inquiry he was quick to setting up an appointment. We inquired about a quote for a busted garage on Sat, Feb 6. We scheduled for him to come out and quote us Wed, Feb 10. By Tues, Feb. 16th our garage motor, keypads and door was completely replaced - it looks fantastic and is much better than before. He even went as far as to cover gaps, so no critters can get in. He was on-time for both appointments and did what he said he would do every time. PNW Garage Doors did a fantastic job and had the best price of 4 quotes I got to replace 3 doors with aluminum and glass doors. The doors are beautiful and Mike went above and beyond in his install. He is very professional and polite and would I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Love the added customer service you get from a small company. He truly cares about the quality and functionality of the finished product.
