Exceptional customer service by Jason at the Eugene store! The paperwork and everything was all ready for us when we called last minute late on a friday to pick up our little Yanmar front loader. He explained and showed us how it worked. Loaded it up on our trailer and off we went! Jason was friendly, helpful and very easy to talk to! Thanks for an extremely pleasant experience!

I purchased an ATV for my wife, from Brim Tractor, Mt Vernon. I've had the very best experience with the people at Brim. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the purchase easy. After about one year, I needed to send the unit in for a warranty repair. As I live on an Island, getting the machine to the mainland was a significant effort and expense, so I needed to ensure everything needed was completed with one visit. Plus, the timing of this repair was unfortunate being summer, as my wife needs this ATV to travel a fair distance to our garden and back from the house. We really wanted it back to us ASAP. The service Manager Josh Belcourt was terrific. Josh coordinated receipt of the delivery of the ATV and got right on examining it and ordering the needed parts. He communicated to me on the progress and I was able to get it picked up and transported back the day after the work was finished. The real capper of all this came shortly after I got it home. For some reason the motor began to not turn off when the key was switched to off! Being as sending it back in again was not a good option, Josh and I (and his mechanic) communicated on the phone to try some ideas for a cause and solution. Josh and his team did some digging and shortly came back to me with something they discovered. There is a wire in the system that hooks to the engine that essentially is a kill switch. He told me where to look and check it. BINGO! It had become disconnected and when I hooked it back up it worked perfectly. This extra effort saved us $500 in cost to ship it back and forth a second time. Thanks to Josh and the service team at Brim! They really take pride in their work and customer relationships.
