Harts Services

Been experiencing a clogged drain!! Called Harts on 1/5/22, Wednesday, to have them clear the drain. They scheduled us for Friday the 7th. The 7th came and their company texted us saying that they can't make it due to other emergencies. That we'd have to reschedule, no real options except to reschedule on the following Monday January 10th, which is today. They're supposed to be here at 4:30, it's 3:55! Well you won't believe it!! They called and said that they needed to cancel!!! Said that they had other emergencies it wouldn't be able to make it today. 🤬 I don't know where a backed up sewer line spewing toilet paper and other lovelies onto your yard ranks on the emergency scale but it seems kind of high in ours! Especially since we run a business out here also, that requires water!! So now we're supposed to cancel more people. Sorry that's pretty sad! Just a disappointed potential customer. Well we decided to call All City Plumbing! They listen to our issues even remember who my wife was and said that they will be here first thing in the morning. Even explained what they would do and said should go okay. Thanks All City, see you tomorrow! Finally doing an update! All City plumbing came out the very next day like they said they would and cleared our drain, said we should be good to go well into the future. They had to blast out two big root clogs from an old tree that was there long time ago. Thought we'd have to dig into the street but they save the day! Highly recommend them!

Jason came out to help us figure out if we need to replace our water heater or if it was just a fix with hose relacement. He was professiinal, had great tips for how we could best maintain our system, knew building codes, and was courteous and efficient. We will definitely use Harts for our replacement water heater when the time comes. Top notch!

Absolutely amazing service. Jordan arrived much sooner than anticipated, but Harts uses a notification service so we were well aware of the arrival. In no time at all my old water heater was removed and tge new one installed. Stunned and amazed with the professionalism and quality of service. We will definitely be using Harts again. We had been using a competitor plumber for several years and were not happy with them for multiple reasons. Our supply line to the refrigerator ice maker failed and was leaking. We decided to use a different plumbing service, we had seen the Harts trucks in the neighborhood so we called them. They were very responsive, we had an extremely knowledgeable and professional plumber at our residence within a couple of hours. While he was repairing the leak I asked if he could look at a few other issues I had with our plumbing. He stayed till days end and made numerous repairs and installations for us, all at a very fair price. We highly recommend Harts Services. Unfortunately, we have had to edit our review. Some of the work done originally turned out to be faulty, so we called them to come and discuss fixing the problem. The individual who came to our house agreed the fix should take less than an hour. When I received the quote it was for more than $1000.00, pretty high hourly rate I'd say. So we will not be recommending them to anyone again.
