Colton took my call late Tuesday night after our downstairs toilet flooded our whole downstairs in our BRAND NEW home. He FaceTimed me and walked me through what was wrong and how to fix the previous plumbers mistake free of charge. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I experienced amazing customer service with this company when I found myself reaching out to several different phone numbers while trying to hook up a gas dryer at home. My dryer went out and I found myself in a hurry and time was not on my side when I got a new machine and ran into a few problems getting it set up. Not only did Colton call me back quickly, he was even faster to offer help while on the phone with me and seemed genuinely interested in helping me solve my problem. Thankfully he gave me some great information and I was eventually able to get my gas line figured out, but he even checked in with me the next day asking if I had got it taken care of. This alone will keep me ready to call if I ever need a plumbing service or if anyone else needs a recommendation. 10/10

I received excellent and honest service. I called them around 930 and they were able to come out within an hour. They made time for me in the middle of their schedule. I had a previous quote from another company about extending a gas line to a new dryer that we thought was gas. The other company quoted me about $1000. When platinum came to check out my situation we discovered that my dryer was not gas but electric. The valve that the other company thought was meant for gas ended up actually being for water for the steam function on my new dryer. I am so thankful for their honesty in being able to save me money on a mistake. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs! I recommend them to anyone and will be referring them to my friends and family.
