Above the Line Cleaning

Cleaner did a reasonably good job. Punctuality and rescheduling of service were definitely an issue. Would not recommend.

Michelle runs an awesome company!! From the owner to the manager to the cleaning crew!! These people know what they are doing and how to be professional!! They literally go above and beyond!! Greatful for companies like this one!!

Thank you for the phone call yesterday and sending someone out to re-clean. I was happy that you offered to do that and that you were not pleased with what I reported to you. I was just going to do it myself. Her additional work made quite a difference and I know she took her time to make sure it was done as well as she could for the age of the house. And, she wanted to be sure I was happy before she left. My Realtor showed up for me to sign papers to list the property just as she was finishing. It went well. Thanks again for following through and following up with a quick solution. The follow through you provided with a quick resolve was excellent. I also got two offers on the listing the same day!
