Pardon My Cheesesteak

Person fixing the sandwiches handled raw chicken with gloves on, then continued to add veggies and cheese without changing gloves. When mentioned that it was a cross contamination risk both the person making the sandwich and the manager were upset. They also were upset when asked for a refund.

If staff doesnt want to assist they make up what items they have available. So they cannot help you. Bewarry of this location. Or just the workers mentality. As for the managers number. They played a game in back for 10 minutes and came up with fake information. Just so that I wouldnt be able to contact them about the misrepresentation. Very disappointing!!! We normally get A 1 service and an excellent sub from the location on S. 27th. That location is closed on Sundays, so we went to the Brookfield location instead. Ordered on the app for curbside pick up. First it's not clearly marked where to go for curbside. I clicked the button that we were here. After waiting, I called... I guess they don't check whatever they need to check because they didn't know I had arrived. Anyway, we finally get our subs. We asked for extra mushrooms, onions, & green peppers.. didn't get that. I didn't see any mushrooms & I had one big green pepper strip. The bread was old & the meat tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Very disappointing. We drove way on the other side of town just to get it since we love their subs so much!!!! If this would of been the first time I tried this restaurant, I would never come back. Just a complete waste of money especially with gas prices @ $4.00 a gallon!!! I'll never come back here again!!! If u want your sub cooked right, go to the one on S. 27th!!!! Very disappointing!!!
