Quick response, VERY honest, could have easily gouged me but didn't. The toilet not flushing properly turned out to be my error when I changed the filler valve. I forgot to put the small tube in the overflow pipe so the trap wasn't completely filled. DUMB. He put the tube back in and test flushed it a couple of times and didn't charge me. I called Elite because I was trying to avoid Roto-rooter after a bad experience. Image my surprise when Roto-rooter showed up. He's the new owner.

I came home to water leaking from my ceiling as a result of a clogged toilet. The technician answered immediately and arrive quickly, fixing the problem before it would have become very costly. I would definitely recommend their services and it is nice to know they are in the area.

Called other service providers and received no answer or even a return call. Elite drain cleaners answered promptly and were able to help resolve my need the same day. I will be using them again in the future.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. After trying another plumber over the course of several days, telephone tag, etc., I happened across Elite. I was told it would be later in the afternoon, but they showed up early in the afternoon! Allen & Mack quickly diagnosed the problem and within a half hour I had free running drains. AND they even took their own time to teach me how to to clean the drain field screens. No doubt I would call Elite over anyone else. NAILED IT!!!
