I never had a single problem with this company until I had to switch providers. I called to get my insurance cancelled in June of last year. Come to find out my insurance was never cancelled and I was getting back charged for three months. I called and got it cancelled and explained that there was no reason I should have to pay for the 3 months. I was told I would still have to pay for the three months. I sent them a check in the mail and left a long length message with the office in Laramie and received no response. So now over a year later. I get a letter from a collection agency telling me I haven’t paid. I am beyond furious and would never recommend this company to anyone in my entire life.
