Hercules Tree Service performed a fantastic job removing branches and the removal of 4 trees. After the clean the up was done my yard looked great, I will recommend hiring Hercules trees Service to all of family and friends.

Hercules Tree Services just completed work at our home which included removal of one maple and trimming two others plus trimming and removing dead wood from11 over grown oak trees. The work was competed less than a week after our initial contact. The work effort was well planned and carried out. After the tree work was done the yard cleanup left the property in a condition better than when they arrived. Price was good. Cody, Sarah, and the work crew were all great to work with. We will definitely use Hercules again when we need tree work done

Hercules has always done a great job for me. Have used them many times. My wife and i were concerned about our yard being too wet to remove the tree today but Hercules put matts down in our yard and and protected it as much as they possibly could. They did a great job. You would hardly notice any work was completed today, except for the large tree that is no longer in our yard. They even accomidated us by adding a last minute branch that we wanted down also. There crew cleaned up very well. Thanks Hercules!

Hercules did one job that I would rate 5 stars. Hercules was slated to do a second job for me today that I rate 0 stars, as they cancelled at the last minute due to some miscommunications. The way they handled it was wholly unprofessional. First, they did not show up for the original estimate and had to reschedule. Then, before accepting the proposal, I asked the office manager if it would be okay to add a small amount of brush to the brush cleanup. The office manager admits that she misspoke before I accepted the original proposal - but then claims she is "just the messenger" when they tried to add a small charge to the proposal that I refused to accept. So she said she would send me a new proposal with the brush cleanup removed. Then, rather than sending the new proposal, they cancelled the job altogether. Very disappointing - A very poor way to do business.
In response to owner's response: It would have been nice if you had communicated to maybe find out why I was upset, rather than cancelling the job on the day it was to be completed (and please recognize that some people would have had to take off work, so cancelling same day is not a great business practice). Also, I've done brush chipping - and the pile I was asking about would take less than 2 minutes to complete. I can agree with you on one thing: "it was best for both parties to go in a different direction."
