The location was very busy when I picked up the car and returned it, had to wait a little, which I understand. Jacob Scheck was the only person available to deal with customers, and while very busy, he managed to smile and be very kind and respectful to all customers, and efficiently handle each customer and he took the time to answer their questions. What a great attitude!

Every time I rent from here, it's a super easy quick experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell they know what they're doing. Zac the branch manager greeted me promptly on my drop off. When he asked how my trip was, I shared a few small details that he took seriously and quickly addressed. I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and quality at this location. Thanks to the entire team!

I Always prefer this Facility to get a rental car. The staff is wonderful, helping nature, and always ready to get you better options.
Manager there is very helpful and polite. they also have a variety of vehicles to choose from and in case you don't like the car that you have been given then the staff is happy to offer you a new vehicle without any hassle.
