I would very much not recommend these apartments to anyone. Expecially if you have kids. First if they are way over priced for how small, old, and out of date that they are. When me and my girlfriend our son who was a new born moved in here the apartment smelled badly of pet urine, there was mold all over the bathroom there was physical homicides between residents the floors are so water damaged that there is dips through out the apartment and we live on the second floor. The oven and stove were not cleaned properly so when we would try to cook it would start smoking. During the summer our ac would break a lot so we would have to spend the night with relatives because it was too hot for our new born son multiple car bootings, car theft, breaks ins. Now that we are gonna be moving out they all of a sudden fixed the gate so it was not working the whole time we lived her so we felt intimidated walking to our cars as there would be people walking around looking through residents cars. There is pigeon poop everywhere there is always trash everywhere and all of sudden for our last month being here they wanna charge us extra for suage, trash, and water which wasnt in our lease agreement. But yet they wanted me and my girlfriend to stay a extra 2 weeks because we didnt give them enough notice because Im the lease agreement it states it has to be a 60 day notice but I dont see them following there lease agreements. For them to be raising prices higher then they already are a ridiculous. Especially when they turn off the water all day for a few times a month. Not to mention the roach problem is so bad. I also heard another apartment got all there stuffed damaged due to the top floor caving in because of how bad the floors are. Me my girlfriend and baby have gotten sick so many times and it was never like that until we moved in here. We know many people through out the complex and they have the same problems some even worse. For the price they charge, plus all of a sudden added utilitys renters insurance and pnm you can find a way better apartmen. Dont make the mistake we did.

Great staff working Here. Olivia is awesome! The pool should be ready in May which is exciting. The basketball court is brand new. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms.

Tiny apartments! The loft bedroom (one bedroom) isn't really a bedroom... It's large enough for a bed... Nothing more.

Worst apartments ever RUN DOWN MOLDY NOT A SAFE AREA NO ACTUAL PROTECTION IN THE AREA GUNS GOING OFF ALL THE TIME DOG POOP EVERYWHERE PAINT CHIPPING BARELY ANY WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWERS LEAKY PIPES WATER DAMAGE AND HOMELESS ALL OVER THE COMPLEX LAUNDRY ROOM RUN DOWN LIKE NO OTHER WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE CAUSE ONCE YOU MOVE OUT A YEAR LATER THEY WILL TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU AS WELL WORST APARTMENTS EVER
